Telecommunications laboratory offers LaTeX class files for DI- ja doctoral (PhD) thesis writers. DI-thesis class fits for our departments needs whereas PhD-thesis class fits for needs of Acta Universitatis Ouluensis. Also corresponding citation style files are provided (for BiBTeX users).

DI-thesis class file can be downloaded from dithesis.cls. Necessary information of the usage of the class can be found from direadme.ps. In TeX-form, that is obtained from direadme.tex, the previous file provides a simple example of the usage of the class. A citation style file can be obtained from dithesis.bst.

PhD-thesis class file can be downloaded from phdthesis.cls. Necessary information of the usage of the class can be found from phdreadme.ps. In TeX-form, that is obtained from phdreadme.tex, the previous file provides a simple example of the usage of the class. A numerical citation style file can be obtained from phdthesis.bst and a author-year citation style file from ayphdthesis.bst.
