MICROELECTRONICS AND MATERIALS PHYSICS LABORATORIES

Main research areas

The backbone of research in the Microelectronics and Materials Physics laboratories consists of competent personnel performing comprehensive research work. This is done under three areas closely connected to each other as shown below. Combination of materials physics and process development leads to scientific innovations and application oriented solutions.

The research results are published in high level scientific journals and are also closely integrated in teaching.

Our dedication to profound research and development has resulted in good reputation in the scientific world and also among industrial partners. A beautiful example of this is the amount of past and present research projects in our laboratories. However, to keep up this high level we are always looking for new opportunities to widen our knowledge while producing solutions capable of creating new business opportunities for the industry.

Therefore we want to invite You to join in our process.
