The conference intends to focus on specialized ideas in the field of microwave materials through invited lectures, oral and poster presentations. The official language of the conference is English.
PRESENTATION TIME
Plenary talk: 40 minutes
Invited talk: 25 minutes incl. discussion
Regular talk: 15 minutes incl. discussion
ORAL PRESENTATION
You can select "PowerPoint presentation" using PC with Windows 2003 or XP or "Transparency presentation" using overhead projector in the conference room.
POSTER
A0 format (841 mm wide, 1189 mm high) is the maximum size for a presentation board.
We kindly ask the presenting authors to check with the chair of the session for information regarding audio-visual equiment at least 15 minutes before own presentation.
