Oulu is Finland’s sixth largest city and located on the west coast of Finland on the shore of the Gulf of Bothnia. It is the biggest university and science city in the northern area.
The colourful city boasts some fine parks and golf courses and is well prepared for nature lovers. The dense, well-maintained bicycle road network offers great opportunities for exercise: cycling, roller skating and jogging.
