ISG research showcased in Prosessori magazine

The current research of the Intelligent Systems Group received an extensive coverage on the special research issue "ProTeknologia 2008" of the Prosessori magazine. Altogether three articles, written by our research staff, were published in this issue. The articles dealt with modular outdoor robot platform, an application-independent gesture control interface, and the prototype of a new urban environment with ubiquitous computing technology. The last article was written together with the MediaTeam Oulu. The last two articles present the UBI (UrBan Interactions) Research Program. All three themes were amongst the headlines on the cover of the magazine. The articles are in Finnish with English summaries.
