Civilian Europen land robot trial project

Welcome to the "Civilian European Landrobot Trial" -project page of Oulu Robotics Group team! In this page you may find information about outdoor-robot project, made for the first Civilian land robot trial (C-ELROB) in Europe. The competition takes place in Switzerland in August 2007. Our team enters the competition with two robots, ground unit and flying unit. Description about robots can be found in sub pages, behind the following links.

The competition itself, is held in Switzerland. ELROB is organized for the first time in year 2007 as an Civilian outdoor robot trial. Scenarios for the C-ELROB alternates from urban territory to non-urban territory and combinations of these two. Main tasks for robots in the competition are related to civilian protection, fire brigade and navigation in outdoor environment.
