SPIE Proceeding will be published after the conference. Authors are expected to submit manuscripts containing original, previously unpublished work before 7th September 2007. All authors of oral and poster presentations must furnish a manuscript  that accurately reflects the content of the presentation. Manuscripts should be 8 to 12 single-sided pages (15 pages for Invited  Papers).

Please, follow carefully the instructions of SPIE for manuscript preparation.

 For each manuscript the SPIE Copyright Transfer form should be filled and submitted to the editorial board before 7th of September 2007. (You can also submit it at the conference place.)

Journal Articles

Limited number of selected papers will be published in peer-reviewed  Quantum Electronics   journals.

The journal manuscripts have to be prepared according to the guidelines of the journal.
