Research development team (TETR) / Postgraduate studies committee

According to The University of Oulu main quality instructions (in Finnish only), each department has to have a Research development team (TETR), which is supposed to organise regular research review sessions, for example.

At the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, the TETR tasks are taken care of by the Postgraduate studies committee. The committee takes care of planning and preparing issues related to the postgraduate studies at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering.

Research evaluation

The state of the research activities at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering has been evaluated by external evaluation procedures. In addition, the department organises yearly a research review session.
